3. Payments & Deposits
- Payment must be made in full before or at the time of rental. We accept various payment methods, as specified on our website.
- A security deposit may be required for certain equipment. The deposit will be refunded upon return of the equipment in good condition.
4. Equipment Responsibility & Damage
- Customers are responsible for the care and safekeeping of rented equipment during the rental period.
- Any loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the customer.
- If equipment malfunctions, customers must inform us immediately for assistance.
5. Delivery & Pickup
- We offer delivery and pickup services in designated areas across the UAE. Additional charges may apply.
- Customers must be available at the agreed-upon time and location to receive or return the equipment.
6. Cancellations & Refunds

- No refunds will be provided for early returns or unused rental periods.
7. Liability & Indemnification

8. Prohibited Uses
Customers must not:
- Use rented tools for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- Modify or tamper with the equipment.
- Sublease or transfer rented tools to another party.
9. Changes to Terms
W.Shops Tools Rental reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
